Royal India Tour: Day 2

After spending the morning engaging with young businesspeople, TRHs were whisked off to Delhi. No time for an outfit change as yet for HRH, however both were appropriately subdued in choice of attire for a visit to Gandhi Smriti as well as to commemorate WWI soldiers. A bit of a blustery day - but thank the heavens no wardrobe issues for the Duchess.
Removal of ones shoes is a customary sign of respect when entering places such as Hindu/Jain/Sikh
temples, and sites such as Gandhi Smriti.
At India Gate, a monument dedicated to soldiers of the Indian Army who died
while fighting on behalf of the UK in WWI.
