Pageant Mania.

La Sen accompanied the newest trio of Indian beauty queens at a recent press conference for the I AM She pageant division of Sush's I AM brand. La Sen looked every bit the role of fashionable businesswoman (a la Preity Zinta). I love that even with her (IMHO enviable) model's height, Sush doesn't shy away from rockin' out  heels like this fab pair of peep toe platforms.
In case y'all are interested, here are the pageant winners and their respective titles: (1) Vasuki is Miss India Universe and will be competing in the Miss Universe pageant, (2) Parul is Miss India Globe International, and (3) Tanvi is Miss India Asia Pacific World. Now, I don't know what is ahead for Parul and Tanvi because as I understand it, it is the winners of the Femina Miss India pageant who will compete in the Miss World and Miss Asia-Pacific events. One thing is clear: this underscores La Sen's coup as the Miss Universe contest is widely considered to be the most prestigious crown.

So who is this Himalayan Queen? At 25-years-old, she is the youngest Queen Consort in the world. Like Kate, she was a commoner (though with an aristocratic lineage) and the daughter of a pilot. She is fashionable, athletic, and holds a university arts background. Additionally, she herself is a brand new mum, having recently given birth to a baby boy.
As with Wills and Kate, the King and Queen of Bhutan have always shown great respect for their country's cult…
