The caption under this photo of Rakhi Sawant read: "Rakhi brings cheer to underprivileged women." I guess that explains why she so closely resembles a clown. It's the one time Rakhi might be dressed for the occasion! Ok, ok. I know. That one was too easy. But I couldn't help myself.
