I Want Her Makeup!

Freida's makeup looks throughout this awards season have been impeccable in that while the artists never treaded cautiously or avoided experimentation, they also never overpowered Freida's natural beauty thus allowing it to anchor each look. For your convenience - in case you'd like to experiment yourself - here is a compilation of press releases for Freida's makeup from the SAG Awards, Golden Globes, BAFTA, and the Oscars, all in one place.

HOW TO GET FREIDA'S SAG AWARDS LOOK. Courtesy of Jeffrey Paul for Dior.Eyes: Paul applied Dior 1-Colour Mono Eyeshadow in Metallic Blue on her lids. He smudged her creases with the brown shade in Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow in Night Dust. He used the black shadow in Night Dust along the outer portion of her upper lashline. Paul finished the eyes with DiorShow Iconic Mascara in Noir.
Skin: Paul swept DiorBlush in Sugar & Spice on the applies of her cheeks.
Lips: Paul applied Dior Addict High Shine Lipstick in Casual Beige.

HOW TO GET FREIDA'S GOLDEN GLOBES LOOK. Courtesy of Jeffrey Paul for Jouer. (Though I've covered her Golden Globes look in a separate post, thought I'd include it here for easy reference).Eyes: Jeffrey used a thick green liner with flecks of gold. He smudged the Jouer Vert eye definer very close to the lashes to frame her eyes. The soft green color complimented her eye coloring while the gold flecks in the liner tied the look together. For additional color, he added Jouer Amaretto eyeshadow in the crease of the eyelid to add definition and blended with a soft brush. The Jouer Noir mascara was used on both the top and bottom lashes to show off Freida's long thick lashes.
To get Freida's sunkissed look, Jeffrey mixed together foundation and concealer and only used on key spots to blend outward for a soft effect. The Jouer crème highlighter in Champagne was used on the brow bone and cheek bones to add additional definition and shimmer.
Lips: Jeffrey finished the look using the Jouer crème highlighter matched with the Jouer Monsoon gloss. The golden tone of the highlighter accentuated the natural pink color of her lips while the sheer deep wine gloss was the perfect compliment.

HOW TO GET FREIDA'S BAFTA LOOK. Courtesy of Joe Hopker for Lancôme.Eyes: Joe used Lancôme Le Crayon Khol in Brown on the inner rims of the eye, under the top lashes and softly under the lower lashes, followed by Lancôme Hypnôse Waterproof Mascara. Then she smudged Lancôme Ombre Absolue in Couleur Cafe under the lashes and on the eyelid up to the socket bone, finishing with a little Vaseline on top of the eye shadow to give a gloss finish to the lids. Joe used Lancôme Ombre Absolue Eye Shadow in Moonlight to highlight the brow bone.
Skin: Joe kept the look clean and simple. She used Lancôme Hydra Zen Cream to prep Freida’s skin, followed by Lancôme La Base Pro make-up primer to keep everything in place. Joe used Lancôme Blush in Framboise Sensuelle on Freida’s cheeks for a natural healthy sheen.
Joe wanted to keep them natural and used Lancôme Color Fever Gloss in Precious Beige. Joe completed her look using Lancôme’s limited edition Diva Magic Powder from the BAFTA collection on her arms, shoulders, back and décolleté to give an all over shimmering glow.
